We will charge you at a reduced price per litre at the time of purchase and will then
claim the DUTY on your behalf !!!!
In order for you to take advantage of this convenient, new location, and to enable us to
claim the DUTY on your behalf we will require the following from you.
A letter from the Embassy giving us authority to claim Fuel Duty for your fuel purchases.
A list of all vehicle registration numbers of vehicles which will be making use of our filling
station, including Embassy vehicles, staff vehicles and family vehicles, ALL vehicles
which are connected to the Embassy and which are currently enjoying DUTY rebates.
Copies of the SARS registration forms for all above Vehicles.
